Shipping Policy

  • The order will be delivered to you within 2-7 working days.
  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for any reason.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements unless an incorrect item was sent due to our error.
